A Giant Keratoacanthoma Treated with Surgical Excision

Giant keratoacanthoma, a rare, fast-growing skin tumor exceeding 20 mm, was successfully excised in a 56-year-old man. This case highlights the importance of accurate histopathology for diagnosing this benign, self-involuting tumor.
