Researchers developed aptCTLA-4, a novel DNA aptamer that targets cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4). This aptamer shows promise in cancer immunotherapy by promoting lymphocyte proliferation and inhibiting tumor growth.
