Clinical evaluation of vasomotor system functionality in type 2 diabetic Patients

Type 2 diabetes (DM) patients exhibit higher rates of vasomotor dysfunction, particularly in response to Valsalva maneuver and mental arithmetic tests. Cold pressor and sustained hand-grip tests showed no significant differences between diabetic and healthy individuals.
