Purpose of the Study:
- To assess the relationship between QRS duration and LV restrictive filling pattern (RFP).

- Analyzed 12-lead ECGs of 155 patients.
- Measured mitral inflow and septal tissue velocities using echocardiography.
- Classified patients into restrictive (DT ≤ 130 ms) or non-restrictive (DT > 130 ms) groups.

- QRS duration was significantly longer in the restrictive group (0.101 s) versus the non-restrictive group (0.090 s).
- QRS duration > 0.10 s showed high specificity (82.6%) and moderate sensitivity (64.7%) for predicting LV RFP.

Conclusions:
- Prolonged QRS duration (> 0.10 s) on standard ECG is associated with LV RFP.
- This association is not independent of echocardiographic parameters.
