A comparative study between platelet-rich plasma and platelet-poor plasma effects on angiogenesis

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-poor plasma (PPP) both promote angiogenesis by affecting VEGFR2 and CD34 expression. However, PPP demonstrated an earlier angiogenic effect in vivo compared to PRP.
