Abstract:
The author discusses and illustrates various practice, administrative and planning uses of the Homemaker-Home Health Aide Program Evaluation Questionnaire for social workers and administrators. The questionnaire can be used to gather practice and administrative data relative to the quality and adequacy of homemaker-- home health aide services, the homemaker-patient relationship, and the extent to which homemaker services are achieving the objectives of the agency and patient.
