Is Andrographis paniculata extract and andrographolide anaphylactic?

Andrographis paniculata extract showed no anaphylactic or anaphylactoid potential in animal and cell studies. However, andrographolide, a key compound, demonstrated mild to moderate release of allergic mediators in vitro, warranting further investigation.
