CD44 Expression in Meningioma and its Correlation with Proliferation Indices

CD44 expression is significantly higher in aggressive meningiomas (grades II and III) and correlates with increased Ki-67 proliferation. This suggests CD44 may indicate meningioma aggressiveness and warrants further investigation for targeted therapies.
