Paramolars are uncommon supernumerary teeth located buccally or lingually/palatally to the main molar row.
Their occurrence can lead to significant dental complications, including caries, periodontal disease, and interference with permanent tooth eruption.
Bilateral occurrences of paramolars are exceptionally rare in dental literature.

Observation:

A rare case involving bilateral double paramolars was identified in the maxillary molar region.
The affected individual was a 21-year-old male patient.
The paramolars were noted in a bilateral configuration within the upper jaw's molar area.

Findings:

The case presented a unique instance of bilateral double paramolars, a condition seldom reported.
The presence of these supernumerary teeth in the maxillary region was confirmed.
