Significant changes of T2 value in the peripheral zone and seminal vesicles after ejaculation

Ejaculation significantly decreases prostate peripheral zone T2 values and seminal vesicle volumes. These changes suggest that abstinence periods are important for accurate prostate and seminal vesicle MRI evaluations.
