Malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) rarely affects the eye. Primary vitreoretinal lymphoma (PVRL), a type of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), presents subtly and requires specialized diagnosis from vitreous samples.
