Summary

A rare case of post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) presented as an iris nodule and muttonfat keratic precipitates in a pediatric liver transplant recipient. Ocular PTLD resolved spontaneously after reducing immunosuppression with cyclosporine.
