Association between malignancies and Marfan syndrome: a population-based, nested case-control study in Taiwan

Patients with Marfan syndrome (MFS) have a significantly higher risk of developing various cancers. This increased cancer risk, particularly for head, neck, and urinary tract malignancies, necessitates heightened awareness and surveillance in MFS patients.
