Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • Parents received a £100 voucher for accredited parenting classes.

  • High parent satisfaction with courses (88-94%) was reported, though lower for specific outcomes like child relationship improvement (74%).

Conclusions:

  • Universal parenting programs can enhance parenting efficacy and mental well-being in community settings.
  • Evidence for reducing parenting stress or increasing satisfaction was not found.
  • Further research is needed to assess long-term benefits and impact on parenting practices.
