    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To develop a virtual training program focused on CRM principles for leadership and followership.
    • To evaluate the applicability of this virtual CRM training for hospital-based nurses.

    Main Methods:

    • A virtual CRM training program was created, comprising a self-learning module and a virtual simulation.
    • The program underwent beta testing with six nurses.
    • An evaluation was conducted with five nurses in a general medicine department.

    Main Results:

    • Nurses found the overall program worthwhile (mean score = 5.0, SD = 0.5).
