Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) using luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) analogues for prostate cancer (PCa) showed no adverse effects on cognitive performance (CP) in most patients after six months. A small percentage experienced minor changes, with improvements and worsening evenly distributed.
