Abstract:
A case of nongestational, extragonadal choriocarcinoma in a middle-aged man is described. Autopsy examination confirmed that the tumor originated in the lung. The trophoblastic origin of the tumor was documented by immunoperoxidase staining for human chorionic gonadotropin.
