[Ascending Aortic Thrombus Recognized by Acute Brachial Arterial Occlusion]

A mobile ascending aortic thrombus caused acute brachial artery occlusion in a 49-year-old woman. Surgical removal and anticoagulation therapy prevented further thrombotic events.
