Retroperitoneal Varix ligation with sclerotherapy: a prospective randomized comparative study.

High varix ligation alone is as effective as adding sclerotherapy for varicocele treatment. The combined approach resulted in longer operative times and increased postoperative pain without significant benefits in semen parameters or pregnancy rates.
