Abstract:
The perialar arc rotation skin flap is an excellent reconstructive option for defects of the lateral nose that do not significantly involve the ala. Design of this new skin flap and potential intraoperative problems are discussed. Use of microlipoextraction for some "trap door" skin flap deformities is presented.
