Two-Incision Totally Thoracoscopic Approach for Mitral Valve Replacement

A new two-incision totally thoracoscopic approach for mitral valve replacement (MVR) is safe and feasible for mitral stenosis patients. This minimally invasive technique offers reduced blood drainage and shorter ventilation times compared to traditional methods.
