Summary

Approximately 60% of pregnant Chinese women with high-risk Down syndrome screening results chose non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) over chromosomal microarray (CMA). This preference for NIPT indicates a choice for simpler aneuploidy screening despite CMA offering more detailed genetic information.
