Probiotics for fibromyalgia: study design for a pilot double-blind, randomized controlled trial

This pilot study explores probiotics for fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS). We investigated if probiotics improve physical pain, emotional well-being, and cognitive function in FMS patients, offering new insights into the gut-brain axis.
