A gamma process modeling approach for the comparison of dissolution profiles.

We introduce a new stochastic gamma process model to assess dissolution profile similarity. This method, using difference and similarity factors with bootstrap confidence intervals, proves effective and controls error rates for pharmaceutical analysis.
