Findings:

  • The patient received chemotherapy for the primary gastric Burkitt lymphoma.
  • The patient achieved remission following treatment.

Implications:

  • This case highlights the possibility of successful treatment for rare gastric Burkitt's lymphoma.
  • Early diagnosis and appropriate chemotherapy can lead to remission in primary gastric BL.
  • Further research into rare gastrointestinal lymphomas is warranted.
