Summary

Allogeneic cell combination therapy (ACCT) using mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and cardiac stem cells (CSCs) synergistically regenerates heart tissue and improves function in ischemic cardiomyopathy without adverse immune responses. This approach shows promise for clinical translation.
