Imaging Characteristics of Venous Parenchymal Abnormalities

Cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) parenchymal lesions show distinct patterns related to the venous occlusion site. Hemorrhagic ischemia was the most common abnormality, followed by intracerebral hematoma and nonhemorrhagic ischemia.
