An American Board of Orthodontics case report
Abstract:
A case report is presented of a Class II, Division 1 malocclusion with severe excess overjet, vertical maxillary excess, maxillary skeletal protrusion, and relative mandibular retrognathia. The case was treated according to the standards of the American Board of Orthodontics.
