MicroRNA-21 Contributes to Reduced Microvascular Function in Binge Drinking Young Adults

Binge drinking increases microRNA-21 (miR21) in young adults, impairing blood vessel function. Inhibiting miR21 restored normal blood flow and acetylcholine-induced dilation in these individuals.
