    • 11 cyclists completed 44 graded exercise tests (100-500 W) on three Hammer units.

    Conclusions:

    • The Cycleops Hammer indoor trainer is a valid and reliable device for measuring cyclist power output.
    • It provides a cost-effective and practical alternative to laboratory-grade ergometers.
    • Cyclists can utilize their own bicycles with this trainer for accurate performance monitoring.
