Summary

Regular consumption of Iberian cured-ham (ICH) significantly improved endothelial function in healthy adults by reducing PAI-1 levels and enhancing microvascular response. These benefits persisted even after discontinuing ICH intake, suggesting a positive impact on vascular health.
