Summary

Central nervous system (CNS) myeloid sarcoma, a rare complication of myeloproliferative disorders, presented unusually as a large subdural mass causing herniation in an adult with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). This case highlights a rare presentation of CNS myeloid sarcoma.
