  • To assess the microRNA (miRNA) microarray profile in Lebanese early breast cancer patients.
  • To perform mRNA-miRNA integration analysis and compare miRNA profiles with American patients.

  • MicroRNA (miRNA) microarray profiling of 45 Lebanese early BC tissues and 17 normal adjacent tissues.
  • mRNA-miRNA integration analysis to identify regulatory networks.
  • Comparative miRNA microarray analysis between Lebanese and 197 American BC patients.

  • 173 miRNAs were significantly dysregulated in Lebanese BC tissues; 17 novel miRNAs were identified.
