Clinical features of otolith organ-specific vestibular dysfunction

Otolith organ dysfunction, often presenting as recurrent rotatory vertigo, was identified in patients with normal semicircular canal function. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo was the most frequent diagnosis in these cases.
