Acetabular Revision Using Trabecular Metal Augments for Paprosky Type 3 Defects

Trabecular Metal (TM) augments show good short-to-medium term outcomes for acetabular revision surgery in complex bone loss cases. This reconstructive option improved patient-reported outcomes, despite some cases of loosening and infection.
