Summary

Multispectral imaging (MSI) effectively detects retinal pigment epithelium abnormalities in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease, surpassing traditional methods. This noninvasive technique offers superior visualization of fundus changes in VKH patients.
