CD44V6 regulates gastric carcinoma occurrence and development through up-regulating VEGF expression

CD44V6 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) are elevated in gastric cancer (GC). Targeting CD44V6 inhibits GC progression by reducing VEGF, promoting apoptosis, and decreasing proliferation.
