Regenerative endodontic procedure (REP) protocols vary widely among US endodontists. Most practitioners use the AAE guidelines but adapt them, leading to heterogeneous treatment approaches for dental regeneration.

- Time constraints and lack of awareness hinder reporting of REP cases to the AAE database.
