Summary

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) regulate gene networks by binding messenger RNAs (mRNAs). We present Argonaute-RNA Immunoprecipitation (AGO-RIP) for quantitative, genome-wide analysis of miRNA targets and their regulatory roles.
