Myeloid sarcoma: A clinicopathological study with emphasis on diagnostic difficulties

Myeloid sarcoma (MS) is a rare extramedullary tumor that often mimics other conditions. Myeloperoxidase is a key immunohistochemical marker for diagnosing MS, aiding differentiation from lymphoma.
