Background:

  • To present a novel method of ventricular access using a custom-made, non-disposable stainless steel VAP.
  • To evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of this VAP in patients undergoing ETV.
  • To assess the cost-effectiveness of the reusable VAP compared to disposable alternatives.

  • Development of custom 316-grade stainless steel VAPs designed for ventricular endoscopes.
