    Background:

    • Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a heterogeneous hematologic malignancy.
    • Understanding molecular markers like CD9 can refine prognostic assessments in ALL.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the association between CD9 expression and clinical characteristics of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
    • To evaluate the prognostic significance of CD9 in ALL patients.

    Main Methods:

    • Retrospective analysis of 112 newly diagnosed ALL patients.
    • Flow cytometry utilized for CD9 expression detection.
    • Clinical data and survival outcomes were collected and analyzed.

    • CD9 expression was more prevalent in B-cell ALL and older patients (>40 years).
