Abstract:
This surgical tutorial demonstrates the technique of skeletonized internal mammary artery harvesting for coronary artery bypass grafting, using diathermy and cold dissection [1]. The procedure is performed on the left internal mammary artery, but is also applicable for harvesting the right internal mammary artery.
