Changes in classification of genetic variants in BRCA1 and BRCA2

Genetic variant classification in breast cancer genes BRCA1 and BRCA2 is dynamic. Most variants of unknown significance (VUS) were reclassified as benign, indicating reduced clinical relevance for VUS in hereditary breast and ovarian cancer risk assessment.
