Decellularized Versus Standard Pulmonary Allografts in the Ross Procedure: Propensity-Matched Analysis

Decellularized allografts (DA) and standard cryopreserved allografts (SCA) show similar outcomes in Ross procedures up to 5 years. Both graft types offer excellent clinical and hemodynamic results for right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction.
