    Purpose of the Study:

    • To assess the exercise tolerance in patients with unrepaired Ebstein's anomaly.
    • To identify the cardiac and respiratory limitations affecting their exercise capacity.

    Main Methods:

    • Maximal exercise testing was performed on 14 patients with unrepaired Ebstein's anomaly.
    • Patient results were compared with those of control subjects.

    Main Results:

    • Patients showed significantly lower total work performed, exercise time, and maximal oxygen uptake.
