Resting-state fMRI in primary Sjögren syndrome

Primary Sjögren syndrome (pSS) patients exhibit altered brain activity in visual and fronto-parietal regions. Functional MRI reveals abnormal regional homogeneity (ReHo) in these areas, suggesting central nervous system (CNS) dysfunction.

- Statistical significance was set at P < 0.01 with clusters ≥ 50 voxels.
