Secondary hyperparathyroidism causing increased jaw bone density and mandibular pain: a case report

Secondary hyperparathyroidism due to vitamin D deficiency can manifest as increased mandibular cortical density. Treatment with vitamin D supplements resolved the patient's chronic jaw pain.
