[Reversible pyloroduodenal exclusion. Method of temporary protection of the duodenal circuit]
Abstract:
Reversible duodenal exclusion is a technique used to protect difficult duodenal sutures without the problems of permanent exclusion. It is effective throughout the healing period, then disappears when the suture material used for occlusion of the pylorus has been digested by the gastric fluid. Three cases are reported which confirm the usefulness of this technique.
