Summary

A new bowel preparation regimen for colon capsule endoscopy (CCE) using oral sulfate solution with a diatrizoate solution boost demonstrated comparable cleansing efficacy to standard methods. This enhanced regimen also showed improved CCE completion rates and faster colonic transit times.
